A photograph of the installation is fired and minted as an NFT every day to document the changes of the space applied to the artworks.
The 1/1 mints of the four physical works carry an on-chain SHA-256 of a notarized legal document that transfers ownership of the physical artwork on the street to the holder of the token.

Offers are signed off-chain (EIP-712), settled in WETH on Ethereum mainnet. The marketplace contract pulls payment, distributes splits to the four artists + gallery, and pays the seller — all atomic, all in one transaction. No Stripe, no human in the loop.
Every resale forever pays a permanent 10% royalty to the four artists and the gallery.
